Tommy is a founding partner of Summit Healthcare Group and plays a central role in managing client
relationships throughout every stage of development—from initial planning through project completion and beyond. With over 40 years of experience in development and construction, Tommy has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, purpose-built spaces, with a dedicated focus on healthcare facilities since 2000. He began his career in the construction and development industry in Atlanta, where he worked for 15 years before relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina. For the past three decades, he has lived and worked in the Charlotte region, developing deep local ties and a strong understanding of the regional healthcare landscape.
Tommy’s portfolio includes a wide range of medical developments across the Southeast, including medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers, emergency service facilities, and specialty care centers. Notable projects under his leadership include the Emory Dunwoody Medical Office Building, Wake Forest Baptist Health Medical Office Building and Emergency Services Center in Bermuda Run, the Ambulatory Surgical Center in Clemmons, the Multi-Specialty Medical Office in Bryson City, and healthcare facilities in Charleston, Jacksonville, Greensboro, and Wilmington, among others. His hands-on, client-first approach has helped ensure project success and long-standing partnerships. Tommy is a graduate of the University of Georgia and continues to bring seasoned insight, strategic guidance, and personal investment to every project he oversees.
