Mike Stewart

With over 30 years of experience in construction management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Mike brings a deep well of technical expertise and leadership to every project. As a licensed General Contractor, he has held senior roles at prominent organizations such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, The Branch Group, and CJMW, and also founded his own successful construction management consulting firm.

Mike has led the design and construction of complex, high-profile healthcare projects across the Southeast, including a $100 million acute and clinical care center, ambulatory surgical centers, emergency services facilities, and multi-specialty medical office buildings. His portfolio spans locations such as Emory Dunwoody Medical Office Building, Bermuda Run, Clemmons, Bryson City, Winston-Salem, Jacksonville, Greensboro, Wilmington, and Charleston. He has also overseen the development of OB/GYN centers, family medicine and primary care clinics, orthopedic and rehabilitation centers, and laboratory and R&D facilities—demonstrating his ability to manage highly technical, regulated environments.

In addition to his project leadership, Mike is well-versed in construction cost estimating using Sage Timberline and in project scheduling through Microsoft Project. He also brings specialized training in contracts and legal documentation related to real estate, design, and construction, ensuring every phase of a project is executed with precision and accountability.
