  • SHG Managed Design and Construction delivering the project on budget
  • Michelle assembled full FFE bid package on the clients behalf
  • Total 16 months schedule (including design, permitting and construction)

Leland MOB:

  • $6,200,000 total project Budget
  • SHG Managed Design and Construction delivering the project on budget
  • Total 16 months schedule (including design, permitting and construction)

  • $10,500,000 total project Budget
  • SHG Managed Design and Construction delivering the project on budget
  • SHG Managed project through multiple lead time challenges working with the contractor on multiple early release packages to ensure an on time delivery of the project.
  • Total 15.5 months schedule (including design, permitting and construction)
